FRALAN Institute of Management and Development Studies is a training school established by the Catholic Diocese of Ijebu-Ode in the year 2021. We offer management and development training courses to Church personnel; Priests, Religious and lay faithful. FRALAN was born out of our perceived need of Dioceses and Religious Institutes to train Priests, Religious and Lay personnel for responsibility as possible administrators, coordinators and for other leadership roles in our Church Institutions.

Nature of Studies
We combine an approach of strong theoretical foundations with hands-on and practical application methodology. All our programmes include internship sessions and integration seminars to ensure mastery and real-time competence. Many of our programmes come in convenient modules and are often tailored towards the needs of the intended participants. We offer on-site training on the turf of participants as well as residential training programmes at the institute.
